AadiMedia is a digital services studio I founded and managed for several years, delivering websites, branding, SEO, and marketing solutions for clients across industries. As the Founder and Project Manager, I led end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering and scope definition to execution, quality assurance, and launch.
Working with diverse clients such as e-commerce brands, influencers, fitness studios, education companies, and local businesses, I coordinated multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, clarity, and predictable outcomes.

Running AadiMedia meant managing multiple client projects at the same time — all with different goals, expectations, and levels of maturity. This created several recurring challenges:
