Proven Success
PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I’m a tech-focused project manager who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. My strength lies in creating clarity — turning scattered ideas, evolving requirements, and complex workflows into organized, actionable plans.
Before joining Northeastern University, I spent several years building and managing digital projects as a founder. That experience taught me discipline, responsibility, and the importance of clear communication. Today, I blend that builder’s mindset with formal project management and business analysis practices.
Across academic, technical, and client environments, my goal remains the same:
reduce friction, improve alignment, and help teams move forward with thoughtful, disciplined execution.

My journey
Me before Northeastern University
Learning to Stand on My Own (2014–2016)
Where resilience and people skills became my foundation.
My story starts in places where most people hesitate to work — sales floors, small teams, crowded film sets.
These early years forced me to grow up fast:
to communicate clearly, stay humble, and earn trust through action.
They taught me that real leadership begins long before one holds a title.
It begins with showing up, grinding your way to the top.
These lessons became the base of everything I built later.
Discovering My Ability to Bring Order (2017–2019)
Where I realized I naturally bring clarity to chaos.
As I moved into consulting, e-commerce, and events, I noticed something about myself:
I was always the one organizing the work, calming the client, fixing the unexpected, and keeping the project alive.
Did more than 40+ Individual Interviews, Most of them turning out to be amazing experiences. I was doing a Podcast even before it was a thing
I wasn’t calling it “project management” yet —
but I was already doing the work.
This phase showed me that structure, communication, and problem-solving weren’t just skills.
They were strengths I carried naturally.
Becoming a Builder (2019–2021)
Where entrepreneurship taught me responsibility, ownership, and vision.
Starting AADI Media, RevenueBadhao, and AdhirohaEdu changed everything.
Suddenly, the outcomes were on me: the plans, the delivery, the people, the promises.
I learned how to think long-term, how to design sustainable systems,
and how to lead even when I had no guarantees.
This was the phase where I stopped being someone who “worked on projects”
and became someone who built them.
Growing, Stretching, and Hitting the Ceiling (2021–2024)
Where I realized passion needs structure — and instinct needs technique.
As the companies grew, the work got bigger, the problems got deeper,
and the responsibility grew heavier.
I realized I had strong instincts, but I needed stronger structure.
I needed the technical foundation to take on larger, more demanding projects —
the kind that shape businesses, teams, and products.
2024 became the year I admitted something important:
to reach the next level, I needed to invest in myself.
This insight led me to Northeastern.
Stepping Into My Future (Late 2024–Present)
Where everything — experience, discipline, and direction — finally aligns.
Beginning my Master’s in Project Management at Northeastern University wasn’t just a step forward.
It felt like everything I had learned, built, and survived was pointing me here.
For the first time, my founder mindset and my desire to lead meaningful tech projects finally meet.
I’m learning the frameworks, tools, and thinking that match the way I’ve always approached work — but now at a larger, technical scale.
This is the chapter where I grow into the Tech Project Manager I’ve been becoming all along.

A LOOK INTO HOW I WORK
My Philosophy as a Project Manager
I believe project management is ultimately about creating clarity where there is ambiguity, and momentum where teams feel stuck. Whether I’m working on academic projects, digital products, or multi-client engagements, my focus is always the same: bring structure, reduce friction, and help people do their best work.
I approach every project with a builder’s mindset, break big problems into clear steps, validate assumptions early, and communicate with honesty and intention. I prefer simple systems that scale, clean documentation that reduces confusion, and decisions grounded in data, not guesswork.
Most importantly, I value reliability, responsibility, and calm execution. Projects succeed not just from tools or processes, but from people who stay steady, communicate well, and move forward with discipline. This is the standard I bring to every team and every initiative I’m part of.
